Bass Ackwards
If today I were offered another job, in another school, most likely in another district, I would have easily said yes. It wasn't the kids...not at all! I have felt so unsupported regarding my "duties" as a teacher that I was ready to say some words that wouldn't have earned me any brown-nosing points...but I held my tongue.

I hear ya girl! I have held my tongue quite a bit lately....it's the only way to survive this hell that is work. Thank God the kids are so tolerable, because all the other BS is just about unbearable. You're not alone. And I think you need to come have a drink with me after school tomorrow.
I am glad that #1 I told ALL my girls NOT to go into education even though it would have been FIFTH generation! #2 I grow closer to retirement & fishing each day I hold my tongue.
